Please read these terms and conditions carefully. These are the terms that will govern any contract between you and us for the sale of the products displayed on this website. We may amend these terms from time to time by placing appropriate notification on this page

Please note that it is your responsibility to check that your order is accurate and to supply all relevant information accurately which is necessary to complete the order as requested.

Deposits

For order less than £100 payment is required in full at time of order.

For orders over £100 we require a minimum of 50% deposit (non-refundable) with order, the balance being payable on agreement of proofs, and prior to commencement of order.

Price and Payment

The price of the products and any other costs will be as stated on accepted orders. The price excludes Value Added Tax (See VAT) and any other applicable taxes should the delivery address be outside the European Union. We reserve the right to increase the list price of the products from time to time notice of which will be placed on our web site.

Returns Policy & Cancellations

If you are not satisfied with individual cards you receive, they may be returned to You're Invited in an as new condition (they must not be printed or written on). The safe return of cards are the responsibility of the consumer and must be returned in their original (and re-sellable) condition. Orders may be cancelled prior to agreement of proofs, however, your deposit will not be returned This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Delivery

This will be agreed at time of order, however, this will be affect by late return of any proofs

You are required to advise us at the time of your order if you require your order to be sent by special delivery or another method of delivery.

We shall not be responsible where any failure or delay in delivery is due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to Acts of God, fires, strikes, and failure of suppliers or distribution partners. In the event of such delay our obligations under the contract will be suspended for the period of the delay

Data Protection

You're Invited.co.uk adhere to the strict security procedures set out in the UK Data Protection Act 1998 in the storage and disclosure of any Data to prevent unauthorised access.

Your information is used to process orders only.

You're Invited is a small privately owned business

Any contract between us will be governed by English law and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

All rights are reserved. You are entitled to electronically copy and to print in hard copy sections of this web site for the sole purpose of placing an order with youre-invited.co.uk Any other use of material on the web site, including photocopying, modifying and/or distributing any pages printed off this web site for purposes other than those noted above, without our prior written consent, is strictly prohibited.

For the avoidance of doubt and for absolute clarity nothing in these terms or any contract between us will confer on any third party any benefits or the right to enforce any of these terms or any such contract whether pursuant to the Contracts (rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

Printing/ Wording

All messages are copied word for word, letter by letter it is your responsibility to check all spelling and grammar on proofs. Final proofs require your signature to confirm acceptance.

Payment Options

You're Invited accepts Visa, Master Card, Switch, Delta, JCB and Solo. NOTE: You're Invited presently uses Paypal for all its online payments. Your credit card details are transmitted directly to their secure server which uses 128 bit SSL (secure socket layer) encryption to process card transactions from our website, having the same high standard as Internet banking. Payment details are captured within their Services secure EPDQ infrastructure and therefore you have 100% security and confidence.

At no time do You're Invited see any details of your credit/debit card.

All prices are exclusive of VAT and will at present be charged at 0%
